  • When you use SkinMark:

    We process uploaded images to generate tattoo stencils and previews

    We may store generated outputs (stencils, previews, print files) to support app functionality

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide core app functionality (stencil generation, 2D/3D previews)

  • Save and manage your projects

  • Improve app performance and features

  • Provide customer support

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions

Skinmark may request access to:

  • Camera – to capture photos for tattoo placement previews

  • Photo Library – to upload images for editing and placement

  • Photo Library (Add Only) – to save tattoo previews and stencil designs to your device

This access is used solely for app functionality and is never used for advertising purposes.

  • You retain full ownership of any images or content you upload

  • Skinmark does not claim ownership of your tattoo designs

  • We only process your images to provide app functionality

  • Data is stored securely using trusted cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Firebase, or similar)

    We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data

  • No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security

6. Data Retention

  • We retain your data as long as your account is active

  • Data is deleted upon account deletion, unless required for legal or security purposes

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

 

We may share data only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, storage)

Skinmark may use third-party tools such as:

  • Skinmark is not intended for users under 13.
    We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. AI Processing Disclaimer

  • Skinmark uses automated systems to process images and generate tattoo stencils. Results may vary and should be reviewed before use.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
    Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
